• Place the document you want to scan on the scanner glass. (image)
• Make sure you choose document mode.
• you can choose document size such as letter 8.50 x 11.00 in, executive 7.50 x 10.50 in, maximum size 8.50 x 11.70 in, A4 or A5
• On image type, there are 4 options: auto, color, grayscale, or black and white.
• You can choose a resolution of 200 dpi, 240 dpi, 300 dpi, 400 dpi, 600 dpi, or 1200 dpi.
• rotate 0 90° 180° 270° and auto
• Check the box button to add or edit the page after scanning
• For document mode, you can select image format with pdf or searchable pdf.
• on the default setting, the file is img, add date, add hours, minute, and second. Click on add date, add hours, minute, and second then type your own file name
• To make easier for to find your scanned document, you can save on document folder, picture folder, desktop or your own folder.
• After you check all above, Click (Scan) (image)
• Before you save the document, you can preview your scanned document , click on preview
• Click [save] to save your scanned document
